管理机关在推行绩效目标管理过程中首先应确保工作目标设定的科学合理性,并推行“强基固本”工程,强化团队执行能力;同时构建高效而科学的权责体系、构建绩效管理运行机制并不断完善,方能真正落实绩效目标管理,最终在此基础上实现创新。笔者围绕上述几点就管理机关绩效管理的创新与实践展开论述,希望有所指导和帮助。
