目的探讨复杂肾结石的微创治疗方法。方法经皮肾穿刺造瘘,输尿管镜通过造瘘通道,气压弹道碎石取石。结果手术全部成功,Ⅰ期取石12例,Ⅱ期取石8例,结石取尽率85%。结论微创经皮肾输尿管镜取石术是一种安全、可靠的治疗复杂性肾结石的方法。
Objective To explore the minimally invasive treatment of complex kidney stones. Methods Percutaneous nephrostomy, ureteroscopic fistula access, pneumatic lithotripsy stone. Results All the surgeries were successful. There were 12 cases in stage Ⅰ, 8 cases in stage Ⅱ and 85% in stone. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a safe and reliable method for the treatment of complex renal calculus.
