6月1日,“九五”期间上海重大市政工程——上海污水治理二期工程中的围海造地工程全面完成。这是上海排水有限公司首创国内围海造地新技术而结出的硕果。此项技术为国家节约征地资金2亿元。 6月2日,上海市住房公积金工作会议召开。会议宣布,将在下半年出台新的公积金贷款办法,7月1日起计算住房公积金的工资基数也将作调整。新的公积金贷款办法正在修改和完善之中,将在降低首期付款、延长贷款期限、实行存贷款挂钩、向中低收入职工倾斜、实行抵押贷款信用保险等方面作出新的规定。
