目前,杂文和杂文写作日趋繁荣和发展,读杂文、写杂文的人愈来愈多,发表和出版杂文的报刊社和出版社也愈来愈多。但由于发行渠道不畅通,城乡读者、特別是农村的读者,很难买到一本杂文书刊。许多出版社的杂文书籍因为订数极少,只好放弃出版;不少写了一辈子杂文的名家,因为订数不够,竟不能出一本杂文集子。买书难、卖书难、出书难的问題,在杂文界反映尤其突出。
