目的对河南省2009年县及县以上医疗机构死亡病例网络报告系统报告质量进行评估。方法使用县区零缺报率、单位报告率、报告及时性、审核及时性、审核率、根本死因编码准确性等指标对河南省2009年县及县以上医疗机构死亡病例报告情况进行评价。结果县区零、缺报率为11.24%;单位报告率为68.48%;审核率为99.21%;根本死因编码不准确性的比例为13.41%。结论县及县以上医疗机构死亡病例网络报告极大地提高了数据报告的及时性,但仍然存在不足,如及时性和医疗机构死因编码准确性还有待提高,相关知识培训工作有待加强。
Objective To evaluate the quality of the network reporting system for death cases in medical institutions in Henan Province in 2009. Methods The report of death cases of medical institutions in counties and counties in Henan Province in 2009 was evaluated by using zero deficit rate, unit reporting rate, timeliness of reporting, timeliness of audits, audit rate and the accuracy of coding of death cause codes. Results Zero county, the rate of missing report was 11.24%; unit reported rate of 68.48%; audit rate of 99.21%; root cause of death inaccurate coding ratio was 13.41%. Conclusion The network report of death cases in medical institutions at or above the county level has greatly improved the timeliness of data reporting. However, there are still some shortcomings. For example, timeliness and coding accuracy of cause of death in medical institutions still need to be improved, and related knowledge training needs to be strengthened.
