为了实现无氰分析,我们经过试验,提出一个分析黄铜中痕量铅的新方法。本法以锶为载体,用硫酸盐共沉淀法分离黄铜中的铅,然后将沉淀转化后,以半二甲酚橙为显色剂进行比色测定。实验结果表明,200—1000微克铅的回收率为97—101%,标样分析的相对误差不大于15%,本法可用于常规分析。一、主要试剂: 1.铅标准溶液:0.10毫克/毫升,0.01毫克/毫升(用盐酸配制)。 2.半二甲酚橙溶液:0.02%。
In order to realize the cyanide-free analysis, we have tested and proposed a new method for the analysis of trace amounts of lead in brass. In this method, strontium is used as a carrier, and the lead in the brass is separated by a sulfate coprecipitation method, and then the precipitate is transformed into the colorimetric determination by using the hemi xylenol orange as a chromogenic reagent. The experimental results show that the recovery rate of 200-1000 micrograms of lead is 97-101%, and the relative error of standard analysis is not more than 15%. This method can be used for routine analysis. First, the main reagent: 1. Lead standard solution: 0.10 mg / ml, 0.01 mg / ml (formulated with hydrochloric acid). 2. Semi-xylenol orange solution: 0.02%.
