目的:观察中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法:对78例下肢深静脉血栓患者给予尿激酶溶栓、低分子肝素钙抗凝、复方丹参注射液扩张血管、通痹片口服及中药局部外敷以清热利湿,活血化瘀。疗程15天。结果:78例患者中临床治愈28例,显效40例,进步9例,无效1例,总有效率98.72%。结论:中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效好。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods: 78 cases of deep venous thrombosis in patients with urokinase thrombolysis, low molecular weight heparin calcium anticoagulant, compound Danshen injection dilated blood vessels, tongbi tablets orally and topical Chinese topical to heat and dampness, promoting blood circulation. Treatment for 15 days. Results: Of the 78 patients, 28 were clinically cured, 40 were markedly effective, 9 were improved, 1 was ineffective and the total effective rate was 98.72%. Conclusion: Integrative Medicine is effective in treating deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
