危险和可操作性分析(HAZOP,Hazard and Operability Studies)是国际上普遍采用的一种过程安全分析方法,广泛应用于石油化工等行业。由于HAZOP分析方法的系统性和有效性显著,目前很多欧美国家已将其广泛应用于各类工艺过程和项目的风险评估工作中,甚至立法要求强制实施。HAZOP分析是预防事故的有效手段,其不仅能够提高设备的本质安全水平,也有利于减少生产中的非计划停车次数,提高生产效率
Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP, Hazard and Operability Studies) is a commonly used method of process safety analysis widely used in the petrochemical industry and other industries. Due to the systematicness and effectiveness of the HAZOP analysis method, many European and American countries at present have extensively applied it to the risk assessment of various kinds of technological processes and projects, and even legislated to enforce it. HAZOP analysis is an effective way to prevent accidents, which can not only improve the intrinsic safety of equipment, but also reduce the number of unplanned stops in production and increase the production efficiency
