轻质油中的总硫含量是直接影响生产装置安全、稳定、长效运行的重要参数,即使微量硫也会造成金属设备腐蚀、催化剂中毒和发动机磨损,及时准确测定油品中的总硫含量对轻质油产品质量控制具有重要意义。轻质油中总硫的测定多采用氧化微库仑法、单波长色散X射线荧光法和紫外荧光法。紫外荧光法由于分析准确性高、分析速度快、选择性好、抗干扰能力强而得到普遍应用。该方法为油品硫含量分析仲裁方法。从取样方式、进样量、进样速度、氧气纯度及炉温、裂解氧流量、高压等因素进行考察,结果表明,在分析过程中,应固定使用一种进样方法,进样速度应控制在0.30~1.00μL/s,使用纯度为99.99%以上的高纯氧气,且进样体积定量。在裂解温度1010℃、裂解氧流量400m L/min、高压560V的优化操作条件下,测定结果满足相对标准偏差小于0.35%的重复性误差要求,并能得到精确度符合要求的试样分析结果 。
