气动凿岩机的技术經济指标:冲击能、冲击頻率、釺杆轉速、釺杆扭矩及耗气量,冲击能及扭矩过去一直是分开測定的,即在冲击能試驗台上測定釺杆空載情况下活塞冲击釺杆的冲击能,在扭矩試驗台上測定活塞空打情况下釺杆的扭矩。冲击数及耗气量在测定冲击能及扭矩的同时用共振頻率表及浮子式耗气量計測定。釺杆轉速这个指标一直没有測定。采用上述的测試方法得到的性能数据发現与实际凿岩效率相互矛盾,往往有些性能高的凿岩机凿岩效率并不高,而凿岩效率高的凿岩机性能并不高(見表1)。因
