据载[中国药典(1990年版一部)注释选编]:“细辛的药用部位,历代本草均记载为根,东北地区于伪满时期改用带根全草。”细辛,始载于《神农本草经》,列为上品,历代本草均有记载。《名医别录》记载:“细辛生华阴山谷,二月、八月采根阴干。”《吴普本草》记载:“细辛、如葵叶,赤色,一根一叶相连,三月、八月采根。”当今所用细辛为马兜铃科植物北细辛、汉城细辛、华细辛三种,药用为带根全草。《中国药典》(95版一部)规定细辛“含挥发油不少于2.0%(ml/g)”,作者通过实验说明细辛根、叶中挥发油含量相差悬殊。全草入药的细辛在加工成饮片时,应注意根、叶的比例,以确保临床疗效。 1 实验材料 汉城细辛(嘉兴市医药站);北细辛(湖州市医药

The authors have shown that the volatile oil content in the root and leaves of Asarum is very different.
