采用XRD、TPR、BET等方法对几种Cu/Zn催化剂进行表征,考察了催化剂活性与寿命。发现Cu/Zn催化剂添加活性炭可使顺酐常压气相加氢合成γ-丁内酯(GBL)的反应温度降低至240℃。在优化条件下:液体空速为0.1h-1,氢酐摩尔比为50∶1,顺酐转化率100%,GBL选择性为93.28%,催化剂寿命达2000h以上。
Several Cu / Zn catalysts were characterized by XRD, TPR and BET methods. The catalytic activity and lifetime were investigated. It was found that the addition of activated carbon to Cu / Zn catalyst can reduce the reaction temperature of γ-butyrolactone (GBL) synthesized by atmospheric hydrogenation of maleic anhydride to 240 ℃. Under the optimized conditions, the liquid space velocity is 0.1h-1, the molar ratio of hydrogen and anhydride is 50:1, the conversion of maleic anhydride is 100%, the selectivity of GBL is 93.28% and the life of catalyst is over 2000h.
