我国现阶段事实婚姻的产生和存在具有广泛性、大量性和长期性的特点。大量的事实婚姻一方面会危害当事人的合法权益,尤其是妇女的权益,另一方面可能会严重危害社会秩序。本文在分析事实婚姻危害的同时,提出了治理事实婚姻的几点对策,旨在巩固一夫一妻的婚姻制度,完善社会和谐的家庭制度。 The emergence and existence of factual marriages in our country are characterized by extensiveness, quantity and long-term. A large number of factual marriages on the one hand will endanger the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, especially women’s rights and interests, on the other hand may seriously endanger social order. While analyzing the harmfulness of factual marriage, this article puts forward some countermeasures to control the factual marriage, which aims at consolidating the monogamous marriage system and perfecting the social harmonious family system.
