我国自1983年深圳宝安公司首先发行不规范的股票以来,特别是自1990年12月和1991年7月上海、深圳两地证券交易所先后正式开始营业后,股份制和股票市场有了重大发展。本文拟对股市发展的一些问题谈些看法。
Since the first issuance of non-standard shares by Shenzhen Baoan Company in 1983, especially since the stock exchanges of Shanghai and Shenzhen in December 1990 and July 1991 have been officially opened, the shareholding system and the stock market have undergone significant developments. This article intends to talk about some issues in the development of the stock market.
