目的：探讨二维超声和彩色多普勒能量图（CDE）联合应用诊断肾孟癌和鉴别诊断的价值。方法：应用二维超声及彩色多普勒能量图（CDE）检查肾盂癌18例。结果：77．8％（14／18）的病例具有典型的声像图，即患者的肾窦回声分离，内有一孤立的实性肿瘤回声，以低回声表现居多，体积大，且侵犯肾实质的肿瘤易误诊，而面积小的肿瘤易漏诊．二维超声结合CDE的诊断准确性为85．7％（6／7）．结论：二维超声和CDE联合应用对本病的诊断有很大帮助．
Objective: To investigate the value of two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler energy imaging (CDE) combined diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma and differential diagnosis. Methods: 18 cases of renal pelvic cancer were examined by two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler energy imaging (CDE). Results: 77.8% (14/18) of the cases had the typical sonogram, that is, the patient’s sinuses sinus echo separation, there is an isolated solid tumor echo, the performance of the majority of low echo, bulky, and violations of renal parenchyma The tumor is easily misdiagnosed, while the small area of the tumor is easily missed. The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with CDE was 85.7% (6/7). Conclusion: The combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and CDE can be of great help to the diagnosis of this disease.
