全省各地认真贯彻落实省委、省政府《关于坚持以科学发展观为指导兼顾“三者”利益建设和谐矿区的意见》(黔党发[2007]28号)文件精神,取得了明显成效。本刊联合有关部门组成调研组,分期分批深入部分县、市、区进行调研,将陆续推出创建“和谐矿区”的新经验、新举措。
