莲心碱系睡莲科莲属植物莲Nelumbonucifera的莲子心中的主要生物碱，具有广泛的抗心率失常作用。过去曾用化学降解法推定其结构，迄今未见对莲心碱结构作详细的波谱解析。为求结构的准确性，作者用2D－NMR等现代波谱技术，对莲心碱的结构作了详细的解析，其结论与文献所记载的莲心碱的结构完全吻合。
Nerine is the main alkaloid in the lotus heart of Nile Nelumboucifera, which is a lotus plant of Nymphaeaceae, and has a wide range of anti-arrhythmic effects. In the past, chemical degradation was used to estimate the structure of the structure. No detailed spectral analysis of the alkalinine structure has been performed so far. In order to determine the accuracy of the structure, the author used 2D-NMR and other modern spectroscopy techniques to make a detailed analysis of the structure of the alkalinine, and its conclusion is in perfect agreement with the structure of the alkalinine recorded in the literature.
