试验对三种溶剂浸提节节苦荞茶,对所得的浸提液进行抑菌性研究。通过牛津杯法测定节节苦荞茶浸提液的抑菌效果,再运用平皿二倍稀释法得出最小抑菌浓度。试验结果表明抑菌效果:乙酸乙酯>甲醇>蒸馏水;链球菌>大肠杆菌>金黄色葡萄球菌。
Tartary buckwheat tea was extracted from three kinds of solvents and the bacteriostasis of the obtained extract was tested. The antibacterial effect of Tartary Buckwheat tea extract was determined by the Oxford cup method, and the minimum inhibitory concentration was obtained by using the double dilution method. The results showed that the antibacterial effect: ethyl acetate> methanol> distilled water; Streptococcus> Escherichia coli> Staphylococcus aureus.
