芷江位于湖南省西部,云贵高原东缘,区域面积2099平方公里,辖28个乡镇,总人口39.07万,居住着侗、汉、苗等25个民族,侗族人口占58.9%,1987年设立芷江侗族自治县。2005年中央支持少数民族和民族地区发展财政政策实施以来,我县财政发展取得了显著成绩,财政收支规模不断扩大,财政实力不断提升,但也存在诸多问题。下面就我县民族工作财政政策与财政发展整体状况、存在的问题进行剖析并提出相关建议。
Zhijiang is located in the western part of Hunan Province and the eastern edge of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. It covers an area of 2,099 square kilometers and has 28 townships and a total population of 390,700. It houses 25 ethnic groups such as Dong, Han and Miao. Population of Dong accounts for 58.9%. In 1987, Jiang Dong Autonomous County. Since the implementation of the Central Government’s support for the development of the financial policies in the ethnic and ethnic areas in 2005, the county has made remarkable achievements in its financial development. The fiscal revenue and expenditures have been continuously expanded and its financial strength has been continuously improved. However, there are still many problems. Below on the county work of national fiscal policy and the overall state of financial development, the existing problems and make recommendations.
