对低碳高铬白口铸铁进行不同的热处理工艺试验,探讨了淬火温度、二次保温时间及激冷方式对其性能的影响。结果表明,低碳高铬白口铸铁在1050℃淬火后的硬度最高、耐磨性最佳;适当延长高温或二次保温时间,都能够使低碳高铬铸铁获得较高的硬度及耐磨性;保温时间过长,性能变差;高铬铸铁采用激冷铸型时具有更高的硬度,但耐磨性下降。
The different heat treatment process of low carbon high chromium white cast iron was tested. The effects of quenching temperature, secondary holding time and chilling mode on its performance were discussed. The results show that the hardness of low carbon high chromium white cast iron after quenching at 1050 ℃ is the highest and the wear resistance is the best. Extending the high temperature or secondary holding time properly can make the low carbon high chromium cast iron obtain high hardness and wear resistance ; Insulation time is too long, poor performance; high chrome cast iron chill cast with a higher hardness, but wear resistance decreased.
