目的:观察果酸活肤治疗痤疮光动力疗法后色素沉着的效果。方法:将136例痤疮光动力疗法后色素沉着患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各68例,观察组痤疮光动力疗法后给予果酸活肤治疗,对照组痤疮光动力疗法后给予常规皮肤护理,比较第4、8周后两组患者色素沉着恢复情况。结果:观察组第4周总有效率为85.3%,高于对照组61.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第8周总有效率为97.1%,高于对照组82.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:果酸活肤治疗对痤疮光动力疗法后色素沉着有良好的效果。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of acylate on skin pigmentation after acupuncture photodynamic therapy. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six patients with post-acne photocoagulation pigmentation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 68 cases in each group. CONCLUSIONS: AHA is good for pigmentation after acne photodynamic therapy.
