目的:总结老年糖尿病患者施行拔牙术围手术期处理经验。方法:对700例并存糖尿病的老年患者控制血糖后施行拔牙手术,并对该类患者的围手术期治疗进行分析和总结。结果:700例患者均安全度过围手术期,手术时间(注射局麻至离开椅位)10-40分钟,平均15分钟,无心脑血管意外事件发生,未出现糖尿病严重并发症。结论:糖尿病患者施行拔牙手术,要高度重视围手术期治疗,减少心、脑血管等意外事件和糖尿病严重并发症的发生,促进拔牙伤口愈合,提高患者生活质量。 Objective: To summarize the experience of perioperative treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 700 elder patients with diabetes mellitus were treated with tooth extraction after controlling their blood glucose, and their perioperative treatment was analyzed and summarized. Results: All of the 700 patients were safely perioperatively and had an operation time of 10-40 minutes after the injection of anesthesia to leave the chair. The average time was 15 minutes. No cardiovascular or cerebrovascular accident occurred. No serious complications of diabetes occurred. Conclusion: In patients with diabetes mellitus, tooth extraction should be given a high priority. Perioperative treatment should be given a high priority to reduce the occurrence of serious complications such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents and diabetes, promote the healing of tooth extraction and improve the quality of life of patients.
