随着企业的快速发展,河北钢铁集团唐钢公司内部企业组织形式、经营管理模式发生了很大的变化,也对公司纪检监察工作提出了新的更高要求。唐钢以惩防腐败体系建设为主线,明确提出构建党风廉政三级责任体系的工作思路,通过构建公司--厂--车间三级党风廉政责任体系组织框架,逐级强化党风廉政建设责任范围分工,层层落实责任,重点向基层车间(科室)延伸,向重点岗位人员延伸,形成从公司到岗位无缝隙、全覆盖的党风廉政责任体系。
