施用乙烯利(在紧挨割线下)的胶树,在割线及其附近,树皮结构发生如下变化:(1)在若干植株中树皮外层乳管大量死亡导致排胶线变窄;(2)筛管层的厚度由于外层筛管破坏而减少;(3)在挨近形成层处形成石细胞;(4)含单宁细胞增加;(5)树皮发生肥肿;(6)伤口不易愈合。讨论了这些变化与割胶生产的关系,认为施用乙烯利促进了树皮局部的衰老,同时根据乙烯利对筛管层的影响,部分说明了施用乙烯利胶树必须适当浅割的原因,也表明了针刺采胶对筛管层的伤害不会象推测的那样轻微。
Applying ethephon (immediately below secant) to the gum tree, the bark structure changes at the secant and its vicinity as follows: (1) Large numbers of bark outer ducts in several plants lead to narrowing of the drainage line ; (2) the thickness of the screen layer decreases due to the failure of the outer screen; (3) the formation of stone cells near the formation layer; (4) the increase of tannin-containing cells; The wound is not easy to heal.
