概述智能电网建设分为发电、输电、变电、配电、用电、调度等六大环节。作为智能电网用电环节建设的重要内容,基于电力光纤到户的智能用电小区是实现电网与用户之间实时交互响应,增强电网综合服务能力,满足互动营销需求,提升服务水平的重要手段。通过智能用电小区的建设,将改变过去用电环节中单向的“电力输送-电力消费”、“电力管理-电力被管理”的被动用电模式,转变为双向的互动用电模式。在这种新的用电模式下,电网企业和电力用户可以准确的、及时的提供和获取信息,实现两者之间的实时互动,达成智能用电的效果。
