Today, the soaring Erlang mountain, two shining pearl brilliance. It is the only Hailuogou National Scenic Area in the world with a low elevation of the forest glacier park and the Gongga Mountain National Scenic Area composed of Mugecuo, Kumashan and Taigongcao. Who can think of, hand picking these two pearl was actually a Tibetan colonel officer - Ganzi Prefecture of Sichuan Kangding County People’s Armed Police Political Commissar Zhao Hong. In 1986, Zhao Hong, who was fond of art, was appointed as political commissar of Luding County People’s Armed Forces. At the beginning of his office, the county commissioned him to serve as the deputy leader of the “Red Army Flying Shanghai Dingding Memorial Monument” and to organize the design and construction of the monument. Zhao Hong did not bear the trust, just over a year successfully completed this important task.
