江苏省溧阳县沙河水库是一座综合利用的大型水库,总库容1.16亿立方米。水库主体工程有:主坝1座,副坝5座,灌溉涵洞3座,泄洪隧洞1条。1960年主、副坝基本按临时断面修筑到设计高程以后,交由所在公社代管,1961年8月收归县管,正式成立管理所,当时遗留的尾工很大。管理所成立后,一方面进行主体工程的续建施工,一方面依靠受益社队大力开展灌区配套和工程维修,并从1962年开始了征收水费、造林绿化和进行水产、粮食加工等生产经营。到今年春,主坝及两座主要副坝已按设计建成;灌区干、支渠已基本配套。现在灌溉面积已从6,000亩发展到57,000亩。水库已在1962年做到了管理机构的经费自给有余。
Liyang County, Jiangsu Province, Shahe Reservoir is a comprehensive utilization of large reservoirs, with a total storage capacity of 116 million cubic meters. The main reservoir project: a main dam, auxiliary dam 5, irrigation culverts 3, a flood discharge tunnel. In 1960, the main dam and the auxiliary dam were basically constructed according to the temporary section to the design elevation and handed over to the commune for their custody. In August 1961, the sub-dam was rehoused to the county administration and the management station was formally established. At the time, the tailings left behind were very large. After the founding of the Management Office, on the one hand, the construction of the main part of the project continued. On the one hand, it relied on the beneficiary departments and communes to vigorously carry out the supporting and engineering maintenance of irrigation areas and began to charge water fees, afforestation and production and operation of aquatic products and grain processing since 1962 . By spring this year, the main dam and two major auxiliary dams have been designed and constructed. The dry and branch irrigation channels of the irrigated area have basically been matched. The area now irrigated has grown from 6,000 acres to 57,000 acres. In 1962, the reservoir was managed with adequate funding.
