近年来由于抗菌素与类固醇的广泛应用,单纯疱疹性角膜炎(以下简称单疱性角膜炎)的发病率有明显上升趋势,约占角膜病专业门诊的50％,已成为感染性角膜炎的重要致盲眼病之一。但迄今为止,对此病尚缺乏满意疗法。我科自1983年1月至1984年7月,共治疗单疱性角膜炎患者131例139眼,其中基本型30例30眼,采用聚肌胞球结膜下注射结合清创术,取得较好疗效,特报告如下:
