介绍脲甲醛的制备机制、性能及制备方法。用不同聚合程度的脲甲醛聚合物与钾肥、磷肥、氮肥、有机肥料、其他所需填料混配生产不同缓释期的长效有机-无机复混肥料,并考察其在玉米上的施用效果。结果表明,与等养分的常规肥料相比,每667 m~2增产玉米70.0 kg。产品综合了有机肥、无机肥和长效肥的特点,肥料养分齐全充足,在保障玉米稳产的基础上,减少化肥施用量,一次性施用,降低了劳动投入,既节约资源,又保护环境。
The preparation mechanism, performance and preparation method of urea formaldehyde are introduced. The urea-formaldehyde polymer with different polymerization degree was mixed with potash fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer, organic fertilizer and other required fillers to produce long-term organic-inorganic compound fertilizers with different sustained-release periods and the application effect on corn. The results showed that 70.7 kg of corn was produced per 667 m ~ 2 compared with the conventional nutrients with equal nutrients. The product integrates the characteristics of organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer and long-acting fertilizer. The nutrients of fertilizers are sufficient and sufficient. On the basis of ensuring the stable yield of corn, the quantity of chemical fertilizer is reduced and applied once, reducing the labor input, saving resources and protecting the environment.
