本文对ZL101铸造铝合金的分级时效工艺及其室温停留效应进行了研究。结果认为:1.经正常淬火后,于100℃预时效3h,160℃终时效3h,其δh可达26~28kg·f/mm~2,δ为3~4%;2.在工艺上没有必要规定在淬火后立刻进行人工时效;淬火后在室温停留1~5天再进行人工时效,延伸率可进一步改善,达4~6%,对δb影响较小,仍能符合技术要求。文章对分级时效机理及停留效应进行了探讨。
In this paper, the classification aging process of ZL101 cast aluminum alloy and its room temperature retention effect were studied. The results show that: 1. After quenching, pre-aging at 100 ℃ for 3h and final aging at 160 ℃ for 3h, the δh can reach 26 ~ 28kg · f / mm ~ 2 and δ ~ 3 ~ 4%; 2. It is necessary to provide artificial aging immediately after quenching; after staying at room temperature for 1 to 5 days after quenching and then artificial aging, the elongation can be further improved to 4 ~ 6% with little effect on δb and still meet the technical requirements. The article discusses the classification aging mechanism and stay effect.
