[目的]建立高效液相色谱法同时测定丁硫克百威和辛硫磷的含量。[方法]试样用甲醇溶解,采用梯度洗脱的方法,以甲醇-水为流动相,同时对丁硫克百威和辛硫磷进行分离,外标法定量。[结果]测定辛硫磷的方法线性相关系数为1.0000,变异系数为0.41%,平均回收率为99.9%;测定丁硫克百威的方法线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数为0.90%,平均回收率为97.2%。[结论]方法满足农药产品含量分析的要求,可同时测定丁硫克百威和辛硫磷的含量。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of dibutylamine and phoxim. [Method] The sample was dissolved in methanol, and the gradient elution method was used. The methanol - water was used as the mobile phase. The metsulfuron - methyl and phoxim were separated by external standard method. [Result] The method of determination of phoxim had a linear correlation coefficient of 1.0000, a coefficient of variation of 0.41% and an average recovery of 99.9%. The method for the determination of butylthiocarb had a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and a coefficient of variation of 0.90% The rate was 97.2%. [Conclusion] The method met the requirements of pesticide product content analysis, and could simultaneously determine the contents of carbosulfam and phoxim.
