厚、特厚煤层采煤法是我省三大技术课题之一,对我省煤炭工业的发展和经济效益的提高有着战略性意义。因此将该采煤方法试验列为省煤炭重点科研项目。于1988年组织科技人员到有关局、矿进行课题调研,同年10月提出了滑移支架机采放顶煤采煤法试验的可行性论证,试验地点选在陕西铜川焦坪矿区崔家沟煤矿下二采区12407工作面。从1989年11月15日起在12407采面组织了工业性试验,到1990年3月31日止历时4个多月,累计推进了111.4m,各项技术经济指标均达到了设计要求,省厅在5月中旬组织鉴定.为使这一新采煤方法能在
