建立了一个由制造商、零售商、消费者与回收商构成的全球闭环供应链超网络均衡模型。回收商回收、处置废弃产品,并将生产出的新产品销售给零售商与消费者。模型中的交易方式包括传统交易与网上交易。考虑有多种交易货币,模型设定了不同货币对基础货币的增值率。首先对各层决策者的行为进行了研究,探讨了它们之间的相互作用,又运用变分不等式的相关知识,建立了一个有限维的变分不等式模型,得到了全球闭环供应链超网络达到均衡的条件。最后,算例分析证明了模型的有效性。
A global closed loop supply chain hyper-network equilibrium model consisting of manufacturers, retailers, consumers and recyclers was established. Recyclers recycle, dispose of waste products and sell new products they produce to retailers and consumers. The model of the transaction, including traditional and online transactions. Considering a variety of trading currencies, the model sets the value-added rate of different currencies to the base currency. First of all, the behavior of decision-makers at all levels was studied, the interaction between them was explored, and then the relevant knowledge of variational inequality was used to establish a finite dimensional variational inequality model. The global closed-loop supply chain super-network reached Balanced conditions. Finally, the case study proves the validity of the model.
