中国昆虫学会于10月下旬在广西南宁召开1983年森林昆虫学术讨论会,26个省、市、自治区的126名代表参加了会议。会议收到论文116篇。肖刚柔教授作了开幕发言。会上听取了下述报告:《昆虫分类学的进展》(周尧)、《天牛科分类区系简介及问题商榷》(蒋书楠)、《木虱与林虫》(杨集昆)、《我国林区天敌——猎蝽科》(任树芝)、 The Chinese Entomological Society held a symposium on forest insects in 1983 in Nanning, Guangxi in late October. 126 delegates from 26 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions attended the symposium. Meeting received 116 papers. Professor Xiao Gang soft made the opening speech. The following reports were heard at the meeting: Progress in Insect Taxonomy (Zhou Yao), Brief Introduction to the Classification of Cerambycidae and Issues to be Solved (Jiang Shonan), Sable and Forest Insects (Yang Jikun) District natural enemies - “Pentatomidae” (Ren Shuzhi),
