并非哗众取宠,并非刻意鼓劲,太多的利好消息已在路上: 基本面方面,“十五”规划、申奥成功、加入WTO以及经济周期的新一轮增长趋势,构成了IT产业利好消息的第一波。 在政策面,优惠政策的推动和信息化商机的拉动,再确定不过地把商机推到了整个IT产业面前。在国内的商业环境下,抓住政府重大工程的机会,在很多时候往往会成就一个行业。而除了三大上网工程以外,据透露,我国政府还在就跨行业信息化、网上政府服务、东网西延等工程作论证和筹备。那将是另一轮全行业繁荣。
