《′93城市住宅建设国际研讨会》是由中国建设部住宅小区试点办公室组织的,会议主题是交流国内外经验,以期进一步提高住宅建设中住宅的功能和质量。建设部住宅小区试点办公室常务副主任高拯先生在会上作了“关于中国城市住宅建设新探索”报告,介绍了以试点住宅小区为主的中国住宅建设概况。 由于会议的限制,高先生只能概况介绍,笔者也感到意犹未尽,就在会议间隙,对百忙中的高先生作了一次专防。他比较放开地谈了个人的观点。 他说,中国住宅建设在改革开放以来,住宅建设的规模和速度达到了历史最高水平,在规划、设计方面都有了一定进步,但在住房质量、功能、环境等方面还有许多不尽人意的地方,不能适应人民的经济文化水平不断提高对居住条件的需求。现在经过四年的努力,
The ’93 International Conference on Urban Housing Construction’ was organized by the pilot office of the Ministry of Construction of China’s Ministry of Construction. The theme of the meeting is to exchange experiences at home and abroad in order to further improve the function and quality of residential housing. Mr. Gao Zheng, executive deputy director of the Ministry of Construction’s residential district pilot office, made a report on “New Exploration on China’s Urban Housing Construction” at the meeting, introducing the general situation of China’s residential construction with pilot residential communities. Due to the limitations of the meeting, Mr. Gao could only give an overview. The author also felt that he had not yet done what he wanted. He was in the middle of the meeting and had made a special defense against Mr. Gao, who was busy. He talked more liberally about personal opinions.
