实施“学科馆员”制度是高校图书馆为专业用户提供优质服务的需要。优秀的学科馆员是高校图书馆学科馆员制度顺利运行的保障,是图书馆做好文献服务工作提升自我服务形象的有力举措。本文就学科馆员在高等学校建设的意义,学科馆员的角色定位,学科馆员在文献情报工作的职责,以及高校图书馆实施学科馆员的措施进行了简要的阐述。
The implementation of “subject librarian ” system is the need of university libraries to provide professional service to high quality service. Excellent subject librarian is the guarantee of smooth operation of subject librarian system in university library, which is a powerful measure for the library to do a good job of documentary service and self-service image. This article briefly describes the significance of subject librarians in the construction of colleges and universities, the role of subject librarians, the responsibilities of subject librarians in documentary intelligence, and the implementation of subject librarians in university libraries.
