影响学生职业能力形成和发展的因素很多,而且这些因素又常常交织在一起,共同发生作用。本文从个体因素、学校教育及实践活动等三个方面对学生职业能力形成的主要影响进行阐述。
There are many factors that affect the formation and development of students’ professional abilities, and these factors are often intertwined and work together. This article elaborates the main influence on the formation of students’ occupational ability from three aspects: individual factors, school education and practical activities.
