一、我国工业炉窑概况工业炉窑是工业生产中,对原材料、工件或产品进行加温、熔炼、干燥等使用的热工设备。其种类繁多、数量大、分布面广,遍及钢铁、有色冶金、化工、机电、建材、轻工、纺织、交通、医药等各个行业。根据国家经委、计委组织第一次全国工业炉窑的调查得知:全国有工业炉窑约16万台,每年耗能1.7亿吨标准煤,占全国总能耗的24.7％。其能源结构,以煤为主,约占72.57％,电占7.9％,油占13.3％,气体燃料占6.4％。其设备陈旧、
