本文采用超声辅助制备Al-Cr/Al原位复合材料。利用XRD、EDS对复合材料进行物相分析,应用扫描电镜观察增强体颗粒的大小、形貌和分布,并研究了复合材料的耐腐蚀性。结果表明,通过超声辅助制备的Al-Cr/Al原位复合材料中增强体颗粒呈多边形,尺寸细小,分布均匀;Al和Cr在高温下反应生成金属间化合物,这些金属间化合物会相互扩散,形成均匀的混合增强相;Al-Cr金属间化合物具有良好的耐腐蚀性,打断了基体的连续性,对腐蚀的深入和扩展有很强的抑制作用。复合材料的耐腐蚀性与增强体颗粒的含量、分布有关。
In this paper, ultrasonic assisted preparation of Al-Cr / Al in-situ composites. The phases of the composites were analyzed by XRD and EDS. The size, morphology and distribution of the reinforcing particles were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The corrosion resistance of the composites was also studied. The results show that the reinforcing particles in the Al-Cr / Al in-situ composites prepared by ultrasound are polygons with small size and uniform distribution. Al and Cr react with each other at high temperature to form intermetallic compounds. These intermetallic compounds will diffuse into each other, Al-Cr intermetallic compound has good corrosion resistance, interrupts the continuity of the matrix, and has a strong inhibitory effect on the depth and expansion of corrosion. Corrosion resistance of composites is related to the content and distribution of reinforcing particles.
