卫生人力资源是卫生资源中最宝贵的资源,卫技人员构成和素质是决定一个地区卫生事业发展的关键。为了对安庆市八县卫生技术人员构成情况及业务素质水平有一个全面了解和正确估价,为下一步的卫生改革和规划调整提供可靠的科学依据,本文就八县卫生技术人员的现状作一初步调查分析。一、基本情况 (一)据1988年底卫生统计,八县卫技人员总数为6792人。其中:高级职称82人,占总数的1.21％;中级职称1473人,占21.69％;医师2085人,占30.70％,医士1938人,占28.53％,无职称(含员)1214人,占17.87％。
