不久前在国家计委、教委、科委和中国烟草总公司等有关单位组成的鉴定会上,基因工程优质抗病香料烟“PK—873”通过鉴定。“PK—873”是北京大学蛋白质工程及植物基因工程国家重点实验室的陈章良教授等首次成功地克隆了烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的外壳蛋白基因,并将此基因成功地转入香料烟品种,通过组织培养等方法得到的。经过两年的大田试验和品质、评吸鉴定表明,“PK—873”抗性好、产量高,内在品质优于“沙姆逊”和“泰国一号”。其烟叶
Not long ago in the appraisal meeting of the State Planning Commission, the Education Commission, the Science and Technology Commission and the China Tobacco Corporation and other related units, genetic engineering quality anti-illicit tobacco “PK-873” passed the appraisal.
