刘亚楼从苏联回国不久,被中央军委任命为东北民主联军参谋长。1947年2月,东北局派刘亚楼到东安检查航校工作。 早在20年代,我党就开始关注航空事业,培养航空人才了。1925年至1936年的11年间,我党先后派出5批共20多人到广州 孙中山先生办的黄埔军官学校航空班及苏联的航空学校学习航空技术,其中先后学成的有常乾坤、王弼、唐铎等人,他们是最早置身于航空事业的中国共产党人。但由于种种客观条件的限制,我党未能组建起自己的航空队。
Shortly after Liu Yalou returned from the Soviet Union, Liu Yalou was appointed chief of staff of the Northeast Democratic Coalition by the Central Military Commission. In February 1947, the Northeast Bureau sent Liu Yalou to Dongan to inspect the school. As early as the 1920s, our party began to pay attention to aviation and train aviation personnel. During the 11 years between 1925 and 1936, our party sent 5 batches of more than 20 people to the aviation class of Huangpu Military Academy run by Dr. Sun Yat-sen in Guangzhou and the aviation school of the Soviet Aviation Academy. Among them, Tang Duo et al., The first Chinese Communists to be involved in aviation. However, due to various objective conditions, our party failed to form its own aviation team.
