表现:2005年7月14日,富力地产成功登陆H股(股票编号2777),成为继上海复地联(2337.HK)、上海置业(1207.HK)、首创置业(2868.HK)、合生创展(0754.HK)之后,内地第五家在港上市的地产企业,并成功筹得近20亿港元巨资。开市当天,富力地产表现平稳,报收11.15港元,上涨3.2%。原因:对富力来讲,融资并不是最主要的,富力希望通过上市,为企业搭建一个与世界接轨的平台,使富力的管理更为规范,发展更为迅速。启示:富力地产是宏调后第一个上市的房地产公司,也是香港H股市场的第一个“广州籍”房地产公司,富力的成功登陆,再一次显示的广州房地产企业的实力,让本来有点灰暗的市场顿显生机。
