海坨构造位于吉林油田松辽盆地南部中央坳陷,该地区下部地层裂缝发育,在钻井和固井过程中经常发生严重井漏和水泥浆低返事故,固井质量无法保证。在分析了该地区构造特征、裂缝性质及固井施工中存在问题的基础上,采取了以防漏水泥浆体系为主,结合小排量顶替的防漏固井工艺技术。室内评价和3井次的现场试验结果表明:以F27A为主的防漏水泥浆体系堵漏效果突出,其综合性能优于低密度水泥浆体系。F27A防漏水泥浆体系有效地解决了海坨地区严重漏失探井固井作业中水泥浆低返的技术难题,满足了该地区固井施工技术要求,显著提高了易漏地层的封固质量。
The sea lump structure is located in the central depression of the southern Songliao Basin in Jilin Oilfield. The fractures in the lower part of the area are developing. In the process of drilling and cementing, there are frequent well leakage and slurry return accidents, and the cementing quality can not be guaranteed. Based on the analysis of the tectonic characteristics, the nature of cracks and the problems in cementing construction in this area, we adopted a leak-proof cementing technology that mainly consists of a water-tight slurry system and a small displacement displacement. The indoor evaluation and field test results of 3 wells show that the plugging effect of the F27A-based leak-proof slurry system is outstanding, and its comprehensive performance is better than that of the low-density slurry system. The F27A water-tight grouting system effectively solves the technical problems of low return of grout during well-logging operations in Haituo area, and meets the cementing technical requirements in the area and significantly improves the sealing quality of the easily-permeable earth formation.
