本期,板块供应与前期保持一致,在售楼盘依旧以高端酒店式公寓为主。滨江·城市之星、绿城·蓝色钱江等楼盘销售情况较好,特别是滨江·城市之星,6月以近50套的成交领跑商业项目。据悉,绿城·蓝色钱江在售“尊蓝轩”4号楼,为52—180平方米的酒店式公寓,均价37000元/平方米,全款9.8折。3号楼预计下半年推出。而滨江城市之星酒店式公寓已基本售罄,预计明年推出住宅楼王。
