1994年以来,焦作市教委采取了一系列强化小学基础教育,改善实验条件的措施。又将小学自然课本中的178个实验项目制成表格(附表),集印成册,发至各县区3600余所小学,要求教师填写,校长签字,乡镇检查,奖勤罚懒,纳入了教学常规,计入了教师的工作量。还规定:不开自然课或未完成实验教学任务的自然教师及其校长不得评先升级。此举受到中小学教师特别是自然教师的热烈欢迎。他们说:“项目齐全,填写简便,做与不做,一目了然。”在了解记录的实用价值时,教师说:实验有进度,成绩好评估,存档有资料,工作不马虎。
