患者 男 ,2 8岁 ,以“右眼失明 ,眼球突出 2 8年”之主诉入院。眼科检查 :视力 :右眼无光感 ,眼球高度向外突出 ,上下眼睑不能闭合 ,外斜 15° ,眼球各方位活动受限 ,患侧眼眶较对侧明显扩大 ,球结膜肥厚 ,上睑穹窿结膜下见囊性肿物 ,角膜混浊 ,直径 7ｍｍ ,前房浅 ,虹膜萎缩
Male patient, 28 years old, with “right blindness, prominent eyeball 28” of the main complaint was admitted.
