“村村通”工程是国家制定的一个系统性工程,包括有线电视网、公路、电力、饮用水、电话网等工程,是国家对偏远地区农村的基础性设施,而其中广播电视网是生活中不可缺少的设施,是建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会的必须条件。本文结合山区“村村通”工程实际情况,指出在建设中容易出现的问题给与了相应的解决办法,并阐述了山区“村村通”广播电视的维护和管理。
The project “Village to Village” is a systematic project formulated by the state and includes such projects as cable television network, highway, power supply, drinking water and telephone network. It is a national infrastructure for rural areas in remote areas. Among them, the radio and television network It is an indispensable facility in life and an essential condition for building a new socialist countryside and building a harmonious society. Based on the actual situation of “village to village” project in mountainous area, this paper points out that the problems that are easy to appear in the construction give corresponding solutions and expounds the maintenance and management of radio and television in mountain villages.
