目的:建立脑血管病患者医养结合模式中护理员教育培训体系。方法:建立以岗前培训、实习培训、继续教育系统培训及定期考核为主要内容的护理员教育培训体系,不断提高脑血管病患者医养结合护理员职业素养,以适应现代养老需求。结果:初步形成了系统、高效的护理员培训体系,护理员业务水平及职业素养都得到了大幅提高,持证上岗率达到85.5%;同时住院老人压疮发生率逐年降低,达到1.6%,患者对护理员满意度较2013年升高,达到95.5%。结论:我院建立的护理员教育培训体系基本适应脑血管病患者医养结合模式中养老照护需求,值得进一步完善和推广。
Objective: To establish a nursing education and training system for patients with cerebrovascular disease in combination mode of medical treatment. Methods: To establish pre-service training, internship training, continuing education system training and regular assessment as the main content of nursing education and training system, and continuously improve the medical and nursing care of patients with cerebrovascular disease professional qualifications to meet the needs of modern nursing. Results: A systematic and efficient nursing staff training system was initially formed. The nursing staff’s professional and professional qualifications have been significantly increased, with the rate of 85.5%. The incidence of pressure ulcer in hospitalized elderly patients decreased year by year to 1.6%. Patients Satisfaction with care workers increased from 2013 to 95.5%. CONCLUSION: The nursing education and training system established in our hospital basically meets the needs of aged care in medical and nursing combination mode of patients with cerebrovascular disease and deserves further improvement and promotion.
